We participate in the Senior Community Service Employment Program.  This program is for low income seniors over the age of 55. This program is funded by the US Department of Labor and is administered by ANNPM (National Association of Hispanic Elderly). You don't have to be Hispanic to participate. If your family income is 125% of the federal poverty level or less, you may qualify to work 20 hours per week at federal, state or local minimum wage. This is a temporary job training program that can last from one to four years. It includes job training, free annual exams and more, all while you earn a paycheck.
